Quality Sessions is the mechanism to evaluate the quality of the work of the Design & UX team at BBVA Mexico, a large-scale organization. Assessing quality consistently allows guiding actions for continuous improvement. The evaluation considers qualitative and quantitative data to assess, analyze and synthesize the level of quality in a design project.
