In the context of organizational transformation, the professional practice of User Centered Design / Usability / User Experience / Design Thinking seems to disagree with agile software development. This case study addresses a management model proposal, Dual Track, which incorporates different Lean, Agile and User Centered Design integration practices applied within the Design & UX team at BBVA Mexico. The first learnings of the implementation of the model in a pilot phase and next steps are presented.
