Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • Any use of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.) in the preparation of this manuscript has been conducted ethically and transparently. Specifically:

    - All uses of GenAI tools have been appropriately disclosed in the “Acknowledgments” or “Methods” section, specifying the tool(s) used and the nature of their contribution (e.g., text drafting, editing, data analysis, image generation).
    - No GenAI tool has been listed as an author, and final responsibility for the content, accuracy, and integrity of the manuscript rests solely with the human authors.
    - GenAI tools were not used to fabricate, falsify, or manipulate data, images, references, or research findings.
    - All generated content has been reviewed, verified, and, if necessary, corrected by the authors to ensure compliance with the journal’s ethical and scholarly standards.

Failure to accurately disclose the use of GenAI tools may be considered a breach of publication ethics.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) document file format.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
