Data Availability Policy
Avances en Interacción Humano-Computadora (AIHC) supports transparency, reproducibility, and the responsible sharing of research data.
Authors are encouraged to make data, software, code, protocols, questionnaires, and other research materials available whenever possible and legally permissible.
Authors should include a Data Availability Statement indicating one of the following:
- Data are publicly available in a repository;
- Data are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request;
- Data cannot be shared due to ethical, legal, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual restrictions;
- No new data were generated or analyzed.
The journal recognizes that some research involving human participants, sensitive information, proprietary systems, or confidential datasets may not permit full public disclosure.
Editorial decisions will not depend on whether data are publicly available, provided that limitations are appropriately justified.
